Frequently Asked Questions

Are the pictures printed at a photo lab? No, they are printed on a high quality laser printer.

What makes the best quality puzzle? A digital photo or a printed photo? A digital photo is better quality than a printed photo (as long as your digital camera is on the highest quality setting, and the photo is saved properly on your computer), but a clear, in-focus printed photo still looks very good.

What is your biggest size puzzle? 180 piece is our biggest size puzzle, and we cannot make any bigger on our machine.

Tips on what makes a good personalized puzzle

 - Avoid big areas of one colour, because this makes the puzzle more difficult (unless that is your goal).

- A daytime photo is better to use than a night time photo, because the picture is much clearer and more detailed.

- Don't shoot the subject too close to the edges, incase we need to crop a bit off.

- Make sure your digital camera is set on it's highest quality setting.

- Take 2 or 3 shots incase of blurring, red eye, blinking... and so on.
